Feedback – Path to Stable ALPHATAG Software

The LASERWAR team cares about its clients and continuously improves the product. Your feedback helps us move forward and create perfect projects.

If you encounter an error or something isn’t working as expected, please let us know through the “Feedback” section. This will help us quickly identify and fix the issue.

How to send a message:

  1. Go to the “Feedback” section in the app.
  2. Specify your email address.
  3. Describe the issue you encountered in detail.

To speed up the resolution, please also:

  • attach the program logs (check the appropriate box and select the date when the issue occurred);
  • add the database file (use the corresponding checkbox);
  • upload screenshots of the error screen;
  • provide the game ID;
  • let us know the date and approximate time when the issue occurred;
  • specify the nicknames of the players who experienced the glitch.

The ID can be found in the Game History. Select the relevant game, open its statistics – the ID will be in the lower left corner.
